 Standard Processing and Time in Transit

 We ship all orders to the forty-eight contiguous United States via USPS and  FedEx Standard Ground Delivery.

 

• Please allow 4 or more business days  for us to process your order in addition to 5-7 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Standard Ground.
• Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Day Air must be placed by 3 PM ET in order to be shipped the same day.
• FedEx does not deliver orders on Saturday or Sundays.

 Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx 2nd Day Air only and are not eligible for any Black Momma Tea & Cafe free shipping offers.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Shipping items to separate mailing addresses may only be done by placing separate orders for each destination. 

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address
For tracing purposes, we ship orders via FedEx and USPS.  The company cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time due to FEDEX limitations. FedEx requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment via FEDEX.

We have DHL as our International shipper, the rates will apply.
