 Standard Processing and Time in Transit

 We ship all orders to the forty-eight contiguous United States via USPS and  FedEx Standard Ground Delivery.


  • Please allow 2 or more business days for us to process your order in addition to 5-7 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FED EX Standard Ground.
  • Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Day Air must be placed by 3 PM ET in order to be shipped same day.
  • FEDEX does not deliver orders on Saturday or Sundays.

 Alaska and Hawaii

 Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx 2nd Day Air only and are not eligible for any Black Momma Tea free shipping offers.

Multiple Shipping Addresses


Shipping items to separate mailing addresses may only be done by placing separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FPO Address

For tracing purposes, we ship orders via FEDEX and USPS.  Company cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to FEDEX limitations. FEDEX requires a street address for all deliveries. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders where the item description indicates shipment via FEDEX.



Depending upon the country, Black Momma Tea & Cafe provides customers with international shipping options as outlined below.



We have DHL, USPS First Class International & UPS International as  our International shipper, rate will apply.



No returns on Food Items

If an item is missing from your order please email Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of your delivery.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
